We are seeking our first legal hire to play an integral part in our dynamic global operations team, to bring Sana to our next stage of growth. 在这个角色中, you will be at the front line, collaborating across the organization to ensure our legal function operates smoothly 和 efficiently as we scale. • Manage all legal workflows 和 协议
• Negotiate 和 draft 协议, amendments, NDAs, 和 other legal documents
• Ensure compliance across both sales-led 和 product-led channels as we scale further into existing 和 new markets
• Support stakeholders by providing ad-hoc legal advice where needed
• Collaborate with various departments to address 和 resolve legal concerns
• Stay current with legal changes that might impact product development
• Identify ways to streamline legal processes using innovative technologies such as AI

• You have a bachelor's degree in Law or with a major in Law
• You have 3+ years of professional legal experience, some of which comes from working for a SaaS organization or tech scaleup
• You are familiar with international contracting processes 和 requirements
• You have expertise in data privacy 和 information security
• You have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complicated legal issues quickly 和 effectively
• You have strong verbal 和 written communication skills 和 can explain legal concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, 工程师, 销售团队
• You have a self-starter mindset, meaning you can proactively identify issues 和 opportunities 和 tackle them without being told to do so.
